Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with peanut butter and chocolate. I have never had a problem peeling peanut butter and chocolate because it always tastes better! Beat everything in a blender for 1 minute until everything is mixed and it tastes good and soft, then add high protein chopped chocolate.

It tastes good and is far more affordable than other health and nutrition bars. They are also suitable for traveling, take some in your wallet and snack every time you feel hungry or better, give them a circle, ice cream or smoothie!


INGREDIENTS:
  1. 1/3 cup chocolate syrup
  2. 1/3 cup peanut butter
  3. 1 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, I used ice cream
  4. 1 cup crushed ice
  5. 2 cups ice cubes
  6. 1/3 cup milk
  7. 2 Lifestyle bars Chopped (Peanut butter and Chocolate)

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Place all ingredients in your blender. Blend on high for about 1 minute, or until nice and creamy. Top with chopped chocolate. Drink with a straw or dig in with a spoon!
