Easy One Bowl Fudgy Cocoa Brownies
This recipes also doubles really well in a 9x13 pan, add 5-7 minutes baking time. The recipe calls for 1 cup of sugar; feel free to use between 3/4 cup - 1 1/4 cup depending on your personal preference. Be sure to bake these brownies for no more than 20-25 minutes. Overbaking the brownies will make them dry!
If you decide to melt the butter in the microwave use a large plastic or ceramic bowl and if on the stove top then use a medium saucepan. Either way works just fine. After melting the butter add the sugar and cocoa and stir until fully combined. Then add the eggs, vanilla, flour and salt; mix and your done!
